Returns

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if not, we gladly accept returns (bespoke items not included) if contacted within 14 days from the delivery date. Items will then need to be returned within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,

Due to the bespoke, handmade nature of our business, we can only accept exchanges or cancellations before the items are processed. once the items have been cut, they are for your order only. Please contact us if you have any queries or problems via hello@definitelywild.co.uk and will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@definitelywild.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any lost packages. We advise you request a tracking number when returning an item and that the record of this is kept in a safe place.


Damaged Items

We carefully pack every order but if, in the unfortunate case, your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may require photographs of the items damage and the box (this is for claim purposes). We cannot give refunds without photographic proof of the damage to the item and photos of the box/packaging. Please do not throw any of it away until everything has been resolved. Please contact us about any damage within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please note refunds or exchanges are only given for items damaged in transit. We cannot refund or replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling or dropping.


Stolen Items

We are not responsible for stolen items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. It is your responsibility as a buyer to make necessary arrangements to have items placed on hold, picked up or delivered to a safe location.. If you know an item was delivered and failed to properly secure it we will not be held responsible.
