Postage and Packaging
We aim to make and dispatch your order within 2 weeks.
Please be aware that Royal Mail have suggested that shipping and custom delays may be expected during this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
For example we are seeing packages sent to Europe take up to 10 working days and the rest of the world, 16 working days.

All items sent to the UK are sent Royal Mail 1st class, either standard or tracked depending on value
All international items are sent Royal Mail standard up to the value of £20 and Royal Mail tracked thereafter.
Due to new global custom laws, there are currently some delays in items being processed through customs. Please get in touch if you haven't received your order in the timescales stated.
If you have not received your item within the timescales stated, please wait an extra 5 working days to contact us to allow the Postie time to deliver.
